I know this is pre-rendered, and the game will not look like this, but this has to be the best video game trailer I have ever seen!

Its made by BioWare, so its going to rock. Cant wait. If its as good as it appears to be shaping up, I am so done with AoC.

I am a huge fan of the Knights of The Old Republic series, but I was very upset when they said the next release would be an MMORPG. However, Bioware has said this game will be very story driven, and will have more story than all previous Bioware games put together.

I believe if anybody can pull this off, Bioware can.

if you hadn't said it was a game I would have thought it was a movie trailer! that was smoking hot!

Game looks nothing like that though. I play Star Wars Galaxies (now the bastard child MMO of Star Wars) and me and my friends have been following this for a while now.

Either Bioware is going to put out something incredibly awesome, or lay a giant lemon.

I am pretty sure I said that in my original post.

I play Star Wars Galaxies (now the bastard child MMO of Star Wars) and me and my friends have been following this for a while now.
I used to play SWG before the NGE. I was even a CSR on the game when the queue got out of control (I was normally an EverQuest Game Master. I am working for a different company now). I built my PC around that game, and I did enjoy it.

However, all it had was a background (Star Wars, set between Episodes IV and V). It had no story, and nothing to really motivate me to keep playing, so I would play in short spurts, then lose interest and quit.

What Bioware is doing (according to their Dev blogs anyway), is adding STORY to the MMORPG. That is what is going to draw me to this game. After I played Knights of The Old Republic, I never looked at SWG in the same way again. I finally found what it (and every other MMORPG for that matter) was sorely lacking. Story!
Either Bioware is going to put out something incredibly awesome, or lay a giant lemon. If anybody can make an MMORPG that holds my interest (maybe I have been a GM for too long), I believe Bioware can.
