After a lot of work by our web team, our new and improved site is now up and running. The cosmetic changes are not as great as the behind the scenes changes, but straight away you should notice that the page is much more 'dynamic'. Front page content is now able to be updated much more easily, the site uses your forum credentials to seamlessly give you access to whichever areas it needs to, without area 51 members needing to log in each time. This new back end gives us the ability to bring more and more interactive content to the site, which you will start to see. Already the screenshot viewer is greatly improved, again here the Area 51 members do not need to log in separately, they will automatically see the newer shots, further enhancements to the screenshot section are on the way.
Inevitably there may be a few bugs that have slipped through, please be patient while we bed in the new site and back end, and please report any issues through the appropriate forum.
