Silent Hunter 4

I posted in here two years ago about how I was thrilled that the king of Uboat sims Silent Hunter 3 was being released. Now I am pleased to announce that Silent Hunter 4 was just released and that has caused me to be in a state of extreme giddyness.

SH3 is a blast to play. The weather effects and ocean wave modeling is a joy to behold. Watching a tanker that I just torpedoed roll over, break into two and sink is just staggering.

I'm just hoping that SH4 takes that greatness even further.

Well actually I do like to play online multiplayer games but mostly just FPS games. I've never tried SH3 online. Or F4:AF either for that matter. Can't help ya there. Sorry.

As far as I know it's not PvP (sub vs. sub) but you -can- team up as a wolfpack and take down a computer run convoy.
