I saw that a couple of minutes ago. For the love of all that is holy, somebody needs to find out how he did that! I'm too stupid, so I'll leave it up to someone else...

No Kidding man!!!!! If this is really possible say bye bye to all known Scenery design! This beats it hands down. Any scripting experts that can do this?

What about that fsdeveloper link?

It's too dangerous to look at these screens. We may expect too much from FO. Everybody please look at this little red light. Thank you.

FLASH!

The screenshots you saw were not real. Swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.

Hmm, I kinda did read that, and I still don't understand how, but it's not important. Too technical for me!

I have a few questions though: What will it look like when you get closer (say, under 2000 feet?). Will it look like horrible, blurry Google Earth? Also, would it ever be possible to also pull up all the buildings and other land features, so that you have 3D buildings in your Google Landscape? That would be really cool.

Also, will you have cars driving on those roads? Like in FSX? Would it possible to program that?

Looks great though..
