I'm a sucker for Battlefield

Anyone getting Battlefield 2142? I pre-ordered mine. I play with a friend online with BF2, it's on the arcade side , but I actually enjoy playing it! :thumb:

BF2142 looks pretty wicked though :lol

i probably wont get it used to play bf2 in a clan was only fun for me in clan combat met some great guys but now theres no appeal to play bf2 im waiting for mods like Forgotten Hope 2 (the original was wicked to come and bring back the fun, and also make an awesome WW2 game, god there hasnt been one for sooooooo long)

I'll probably be getting BF2142 as well. Now that I'm back in school, I find that BF2 is a great stress reliever and time killer. :thumb:

i dont wanna sound like an old fart but i suggest hittin the books and sports exercises for stress relief and time killing. But that only counts for me..and of course some FS9 flying thehehe!

Was thinging of downloading demo but at 1.2gig erm maybe not.
My m8 downloaded it and said that it is ok very unreal sort of expansion to the game.
But maybe im with flip getting to old for this shit!:)

I downloaded it, it's fun but I don't like playing it 24/7, it just get's nerve- racking after a while. I have a hard time getting into big book, but I am reading an old Star Wars novel from 1979. Even more than that, I'm finishing up a couple of scale model projects - a KC-135R, A-10, He-111 - I find I like to scratchbuild.

imo the demo sucked they running animation was screwed up and it was a big waste of my downloads
