how to get more traffic in the skies...

I made it so in the settings its all the way to the right, whic is as much as u can get... but I see like 2-3 planes up there... they should be all over the place! lol soo... any mod that can do this for me?

If you install a pack, it will install the airplanes (with the RL livery) and the routes they fly. So the more packs you install, the more AI traffic you should see.

is there a specific place the installer needs to be such as the msfs directory? because when I click on install, I get some msg in french which I dont unerstand

You should first download and extract the PAI installer to any folder you like. Then start downloading the AI packs. If you downloaded one, extract the .pai file in the same directory you have your PAI installer. Then run the PAI Installer. You will be asked to select a .pai file. Select one, and then it should install. The first screen that you see should ask to you what language to use (English or French).

Also, what is the message in French? I can try to translate it for you.

Can you try to redownload the PAI installer and extract the files again to see what happens?

yep, i installed some pai stuff... I got the commercial and general aviation and 1 military... I see more planes in the air now, but still very few in airports... like i'm at miami intl airport (which is a pretty damn airport) and I see just 1 plane here :(

ok i took off and looking bird's view, there is a bit more (like maybe 10 planes) :p

so I guess I should just download all the airline schedules and stuff and install'em for more planes?

Try to find addon airports (with AFCADS), because the planes need places to park, and with the default FS9 airports you get a small number of them. If you haven't allready, register yourself over at www.avsim.com, and download some AFCAD files and see if there is an increased number of planes flying around.

Also, try the default FS9 Seattle airport. That has a nice number of planes on the ground.
