Sig question

How do i get around with the sig that can be downloaded from the site's downloads section?

Hey DC,

Sry I missed you on TS today.
We were in the middle of the art meeting there.

You'll need to download it and change the name to ur convenience.
You can always ask for help on the forums if you feel you need it.

Then when that is finished you'll need to upload it to a webspace.
The way you do it in your sig is as follows

Its k pac i was just checking things out on ts :D
But how do i actually open up the file its in .psd something? Need a special program? And any webspace to recommend me? thanks
