Looks really good Threep! Great Skin :thumb:
Your just missing that wierd asymmetric tank loadout..lol.
This Super Hornet looks very nice but something bother me ie. exhaust nozzles looks like P&W one. Isn't Hornet powered only by the F414-GE-400 engines??

Well the underwing pylons are wrong, and there is no IFF antenna too

The super hornet has exacly the number of pylons that you see. As for the IFF, the Navy has done something new to this jet. :wink2:
The Super Bug has 2 whole more pylons than the Viper yet carries 2 LESS Rifles?

Here is a nice photo (http://photos.airliners.net/photos/photos/1/1/1/0964111.jpg)

That must cause a heap of drag not having the drops aligned with the airflow?
Isn't it a shame how a thread turns so quickly into what is wrong with the new model/skin.

No, just call it "constructive criticism", I prefer to tell somebody what is wrong so he can improve things to be better, than write a poem how cool and god-like he is :wink2:

Agree
All flight sim developers have a lot of things to consider, data to collect etc. Personally I believe that it is impossible to make perfect/very good sim without any mistake in a very first relase. They always will find something to improve or adjust (notice how many patches sim developers do). That is why flight sim community feedback is so important. One person can find mistake that 100 people have missed.
If I'm writing about something incorrect in sim I write because I want that to be fixed not to show how developer is bad.
It's only my 0.02$

Perhaps you might consider the way in which your constructive critism is written and it may be taken a little more seriously than as just an attack on the devs.
Why not try with a positive and say something about you appreciate the work put in by the devs, however a few small things you noticed and would like to see fixed are ..... and see what the response will be then.
Like yourself I am not trying to attack you but give you some positive feedback on the best way to give positive feedback lol.
Hi guys,
Thanks for your feedback and your points. I completely agree that constructive feeback and any issues about the product are mentioned because it's good to talk about it and also to get it as correct as possible. Of course we get things wrong sometimes, but hopefully the "right" bits heavily outweigh the "wrong" bits :)
Hey C3PO,
That Hornet looks really nice! Do you have any idea when the patch will be out? I'm really looking forward to it!
Keep up the good work :thumb:
First of all: I'm aginst any attacks on this forum and I'm far from defending people who do this but I think that we should take into account that most of forum members is not english native speakers (like me). Often there is very thin line between "constructive criticism" and "personal attack" especially when someones english is rough (in that case you always try to put your thoughts in most simple words)
I believe that all should take this in consideration (I'm not talking about obvious cases of attacks of course)
Only my 0.02$

Cobra, you're overreacting :wink2:
Whats changed with the SH, if i may ask? Looks like the old model still???
The main problem with the old SH model youre using is the undersides. This is what the real a/c looks like...

Then the IFF box, gear doors, base of fins and flaps, etc...
And just for old times sake, some old F4 skins on the SH model.

I don't post in here too much, but I found this thread and had to say something.
You were refering to the pylon arangment, which I understood as "number of". Of course, you are right. The two inner pylons are rated (weight) much higher than the outer pylon. As for me being "God like"?, I don't think so. If that is your opinion about me (or any FO dev) and look for oportunities to slam people with information you may have come accross, then I would suggest that you get a life. I was commenting on Threep's good work. It is good to see that LP will adjust whatever needs to be adjusted. I don't mind when people point out where I am incorrect, but when someone takes pride in that, all I can say is... GET A LIFE! :tomato
