no CD startup

i remember some alteration done for not having to use a CD to open Combat Flight Simulator 2...is there anything for FS2004?

I'm sure you have the best intentions goonybird, and actually own a full copy of MSFS2004 but you are now getting into a discussion about cracks/hacks to get around copy protection on another product, which is against our forums rules.

no harm done, but i am sure you agree why we cant allow these sort of discussions.

I don't personally agree with copy protection that forces the paying user to keep a copy of the cd in his cd-rom. They have no benefits in that the non-paying users will have a crack as soon as the game is released which means that only the paying users are inconvenienced. Having said that though, these cracks are illegal and links to such cracks can not be posted on these forums.
