hello
i've changed all the Humancockpit to yes - but how can i pick any of those planes and fly them?

Create a mission in the mission editor and place one of the flyables as a player aircraft.

i think he means he wants to fly a non-flyable?

i believe you can do this using one of the standard flyable cockpits and a generic flight model.

sorry i dont know the answer but i am sure others do.

You can still enable non-flyable. Just download the fps tweak and it opens up the ability to fly other non-flyables. I don't really like it because it downgrades realism but it can be done.
