Does anyone know if this is going to be a proper flight sim (which i doubt) or just an arcade game? Apparently is being developed by the team that made silent hunter 3.

Seeing as it is being made for the Xbox 360... Arcade shoot-em-up comes to mind.

I know it probably would not hold a candle to IL2.

There are no new WW2 sims coming*, arcades bring more money. The same with helo sims, no one is making them – last one was Comanche VS Hokum, since then nothing.

Modern jet fighters sims are the last line of defense against arcades :evils:

* ok, so Oleg is talking about BoB, but just looking what came out of Il-2 family I think it will be even more of an arcade shooter then sim.. you know – more $$$$
