i was wondering if there are any good squads to join that offer online training in allied force i know i gotta read the manual and all but hands on training is much better! Any advice much hepfull..

Yeah, can certainly vouch for the squadron Rets linked you to, the 16th have a fantastic training program and is an extremely well organised and run squadron.

Its a great 24/7 server with great people that fly everday. Also there are no minumum flight time requirments. You dont have to worry about being kicked out of a squadron due to having a real life and not making flights. You fly when you want and how long you want. Also we are very noob friendly. No one will chase you away because you are a newbie.
