Just to inform you guys that the awaited 1.0.4 patch is out. I'm downloading it as I type this post

Really they broke the stopworks pit again? (don't use it myself though) that will get the doc back to the drawing board again no doubt.

For real? Tried to stop the Doc again! :sad: Well I guess the patch will be staying on the HD till Mr Stop sorts that out again (prob another easy workaround...I hope)
I guess Holden will be round next week to reprogram my ignition, so the car won't start with my new CD changer and head unit installed. :wacko:

We've identified an issue with the 1.04 autoupdater where in some cases it fails to install properly. Therefore we've reverted the autoupdater back to 1.03. The 1.04 exe installer available for download on our web site should continue to work fine.
If you have installed using the autoupdater and are having problems, please uninstall, reinstall, and then patch to 1.04 using the exe download.

It says in the changelog:
Better TrackIR support in 2D pit. 2D pit panels are switched to using absolute TIR azimuth/elevation position.
I thought trackIR only worked in the 3D pit. Can anyone explain? I'm still waiting on the game (and my TIR4) to ship.
Hmmm.. getting frustrated here. I try to install the patch, and I keep getting the
"Pleaes run HiTilesAD_AlliedForce.exe and restore to original terrian before patching"
error mesage. Problem is, I've already done that. Not sure what's going on here....
There seems to be some problems with this new patch. A lot of people had to completely reinstall the game to make it work correctly. I think I'll wait before installing it, at least to finish my current campaign.
I installed the patch using bfopsupdate.exe and the patch didn't work. The game crashed everytime during loading mission. Than I reinstalled the game and installed the patch but this time I used http://www.lead-pursuit.com/downloa...patch_1.0.4.exe and now everything is OK. I haven't lost logbook or my TE's
Well, I uninstalled then reinstalled, and now the patch works! Excellent.
