TMS and LaserArm

HI Haole and all u guys,
I've 2 questions:
1) What function has the left position of TMS switch on f-16 stick? TMS, DMS and other switches have only 1 function or they can be used in conbination with other buttons (ex. Pinky+UpDMS=new function)?
2) I've read that first trigger detent on the stick activates camera and laser.........so the laser arm switch on left side of the cockpit is a backup button or what else?

Thanks. Have to have Laser Arm turned on to fire the laser, it more or less ready's the laser.

I'm not sure if I understand your question 100%. Each switch on the stick and throttle can have different functions (including TMS) depending on what mode you are in. Was that your question? In other words...TMS left can do several different things.
