turblances during refuel

Refuel from tanker plane is there turblances and doese Kc10 and Kc135 have diffrent turblances affects on the plane,s that it refuel,s. I watch the discover wing,s channels they had story on refuel plane they talk about the KC 135 that were us in vietnam and they said that they could be us as flying tow truck if fighter jet had damage to them Is this true . I'm not a plank driver I flew helicopters so I'm not an expert or anything , but I've heard of damaged planes being towed back to base before. Looks like to be a Hell of work out to keep your self connected for who knows how long ? for rtb lot better then sloggin through a jungle with some SOB on your six. Dave
