Buckshot

Last weekend was the RAAF Amberley airshow, unfortunately did not get time to get any shots of the aircraft, but here's some shots of the falcon LAN display we put on for the show:
1. Setting up the day before the show: (notice the fighter ops advertising on the right :wink2: )

Still the day before the official airshow, a shot of my pit, with again some more fighter ops advertising we had a lot of interest in fighter ops from the public, obviously the general concensus is that a realistic military flight sim is way overdue:

Another shot, showing the four cockpits and instructors/presenters station in the middle

A shot of David "Killer" Morrison one of the team members for Fighterops, managing the beta team.

Now I'm sworn to secrecy on who is responsible for this, but I can give you a hint, it was one of the people in the previous photograph. The next display booth to ours was the Boeing booth. Some anonymous wag stuck this poster up right on the edge of their booth (the person and models you see to the right of the poster are the Boeing booth being setup), we had bets on how long it would be before they removed the poster, but amazingly it stayed up the whole show.

An RAF Tornado navigator on exchange flying RAAF F-111's gives falcon a whirl:

A shot of enthralled onlookers as we take out that damned textile factory for the 43rd time that day

And finally a shot of Michael "Loophole" Barnes, our Fighter Ops lead programmer as he flies another display mission:
