No Private Messaging

I just want to know why i cannot access my PM's, i used to be able to but now i can't, i don't even have the option of enabling or disabling it. What happened

Hey bud, dunno, can't see any reason why your account wouldn't be able to access them, what is happening when you try?

Ok think I found the problem, there was a second moderators group with pm's disabled.
