Lawman make your banners like this in your signature:

url to banner (btw no spaces anywhere)

That should do the trick bud :wink2:

Best,

Dirk

Best,

DirkIMHO it is FAR easier for humans to use the enhaced editor interface which has buttons for inserting hotlinks and images and all kinds of stuff:

Select "User CP" from the top menu -> Select "Edit Options" from the menu to the left -> The bottom block "Miscellaneous Options" has three editor options. Choose "Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing". Save changes.

Now you have a nice editor interface that doesn't force you to remember all kinds of codes.

Yep works too, just thought that in this case the typing option was sufficient. :thumb:

But in this case you're absolutely right, Pacman! :thumb:

I don't know why the Enhanced Editor interface is not the default - it is by far the most convenient to use! :firework:

IMHO.

16th_Rogue,

Go to User CP
then edit Options
then about 1/2 way down is Thread Display Options
Make sure the 3 boxes are checked

Show Signatures
Show Avatars
Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)

See if that helps

OK. How the heck do I get the Area 51 and Fighter OPs Banners for my signature? And the heck do you edit the Banners in order to insert your call-sign?

Have tried and have been unsuccessful thus far.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

G-BEAR

Ok first you need to get the banner from here. http://www.fighterops.com/downloads.htm
This is a Photoshop file so you can edit the text

when you have made your banner upload it to your website.
The Area 51 banner you can right click on the banner and save as. then upload that to your website. then Go to User CP edit Signatures and put the address to your website banner file. EG

If you bring up the layer palette you should be able to access the layer with the name on it and make your modifications there.
