Legal Clarification

I just wanted to make a clarification based on some recent events.....
From day one I have been in constant contact with the base JAG on what I can and cannot do as a member of the military and as a member of the Fighter Ops/G2 Interactive Teams.
YES..... I am Captain Delphin "Haole" Gantt of the 157th Fighter Squadron, South Carolina Air National Guard. That is my title and I have busted my butt to earn it just as a Doctor or any other person with such a title has done. I intend on continuing to use it, and I CAN use it.
NO...... the South Carolina ANG or 157th FS does not in ANY way endorse, support, etc either one of these companies mentioned above. I just happen to be Captain Delphin Gantt of the South Carolina Air National Guard, it's in my title, so I USE IT.
I will continue to work directly with my JAG representitive while working with this company and hope that you all understand that I am doing so and not "free wheeling". Give me credit for being just a little smarter than that.

Well i for one never doubted who you are and if anyone has been stirring behind the scenes on this forum whether PM or email then they can and will be banned if need be.
Jealousy can do nasty things to people Haole and you shouldnt have to defend yourself or justify yourself or actions in any way.

You are a combat pilot and a guy with a great personality always willing to answer questions and chat to others and you deserve the respect of everyone on this forum at the very least. :thumb:

I guess we had a concerned citizen somewhere that thought that I was using my title improperly to endorse our products.
Per the JAG and all of our discussions in the past I am completely in the clear and have nothing to worry about. I just posted this thread to make sure everything was clear for everyone to see.
I just wish that he/she would have contacted me first and asked me where I stand on the subject instead of going straight to the base behind my back.
I didnt get these wings on my chest by being stupid (I do use my brain now and then ), and I have been working with the JAG office from the start of this program.

It's really amazing what some people will pull to stir up trouble.
This is once again a case that says more about the originator of the problem *unknown* then the target "Haole".

The Captain has earned a lot of respect here, and our little troublemaker just made my respect for Haole bigger then ever.....thx whoever you are :beer:
