Maybe it's just me, but the 'invisible mode' in the 'Edit Options' settings for the forum doesn't seem to work. According to the invisible mode description, if the option is selected, you're supposed to not be shown on the 'active users list'.

I've tested this out, and all that happens is that an asterisk appears next to your name, and a red light appears next to your name in a post you make saying that you are 'invisible'. Shouldn't it be saying that you're 'offline'? http://fighterops.com/forum/images/smilies2/image01313.gif

I often see that the names in the active user list at the bottom of the forum do not match with the 'active member' count, so perhaps some people are browsing the forum in 'invisible mode'? Or is this a bug? http://fighterops.com/forum/images/smilies2/image01414.gif

You will see an astrick next to your name when you're invisible, but others won't see it unless they're a mod or admin..

Thanks for the quick reply. As for the 'red light' next to your name in your posts, will people see that as empty (unless they're a mod or admin)?

AFAIK they'll see it as a grey.

Ok, looking at your post (then your name) I think that's pretty much solved the problem for me. Cheers. http://fighterops.com/forum/images/smilies2/image01111.gif
