That would be nice. I think it would bring more people in and help with promoting the sim. That used to be the reason I bought games was because of there screenshots.... Hope to see the screens soon.

Screenshots are great but they mean little to me about the overall game. I can name plenty of examples *cough cough* of games that look amazing but really lack in game play. :D

That is why I said that I used to by games just because of screenshots. See now I have learnerd differently. I think if the game looks good that a lot of new people will be led to buy it and then that will help the overall well being of the sim. But also again it doesn't hurt to have a great looking sim as well. You know what I mean? Think about it. You come into a target at 100 charubs(how ever you spell that) and you can see people going along on the ground in there houses people driving to work and trees blowing in the wind. Then after you bomb the target on your way back everybody is inside and not a person to be found because you just lit up the sky with bombs and stuff. Just think about it... Wouldn't you buy a sim that you saw all those things in a screen shot. I know I would. Just to look at the stuff. Well sorry for the long post I just got in the mood to dream a little.. Sorry about that :D

Nah I know what you mean but what you described would require dual 3.0ghz xeon processes, 3gigs of ram, 512MB graphic card, etc. I wouldn't worry too much about eye candy though.... I think it will turn out great... just got to wait and see. :)

Yea I know what you mean. What you said about the power of pc's can be reached. Give it a few more years and I bet we can see that stuff. I know I will be pleased with what you guys will bring to the table. I was just expressing my view of what a screen shot can do and what I would like to "see" in the sim. Looking forward to seeing what you guys come up with. And I hope I can see my dream come true in the next 2-8 years. :D

I don't think screenshots are something we should cry out for. Just look at LOMAC which has great graphics. It was all screenshots this and that before it was released which promised us so much but the actual sim hasn't lived up to what the community truely wanted - TOTAL REALISM

So please, can we get TOTAL REALISM (and great graphics, please)

not totally defending them, but there was a warning before blowmac was released...they said something along th lines of we are not tryingto make another falcon, we are making a game that will appeal to the new comer as well as the experienced hardcore simmer....while i beleive that it is more geared for the former than the latter. So all in all, they said the truth before it was released...we just forgot to read between the lines...lol. Sorry, but i couldn't resist. :-p
