The PIG is a large binder that relates to how things unfold and why things are done the way they are as a proof that things have been considered and why those things are either approved, on hold, or in development, or perhaps withdrawn, or unapproved.

The PIG in this case would be a feature development list that...lists... the things that you want to see in the game.

It should include the feature you want to add, and the justification as to why that is something that is needed.

not sure if i am correct, but I think he was just spouting that out so when we encounter it in the future, we will know what it is and what to call it...lol. Either way...good confusing reading Thunder.
