From the G2i announcement:
"Air Combat Command’s (ACC) first series title “Fighter Ops” goes further than the award-winning Falcon Series (©Atari) by introducing new technologies and extensive single player & multiplayer “Dynamic” campaigns with numerous completely modeled and flyable aircraft. Other series will follow: Naval Ops, Bomber Ops, Marine Corp Air Ops, Allies Ops, Adversary Ops, & Army Ops. ..."

Will these new technologies include multi processor support?? And I mean real SMP, not the way Falcon4 handles it.

I would hope so for large squad meets, dual chip servers would be a great help.

BUMP

It has been a month now. Shouldn't take that long to type 2 or 3 characters. In other words: a simple yes or no would suffice.

Since no one is taking an active interest, I think I will give my best analysis. Fighter Ops is using a very new and up-to-date code in the making of Fighter Ops. This would mean a definate support of newer instructions, including multiple CPU and conection support. I'm sure Buckshot, Pacman and other Dev's will chime in as they are working on getting something the spit out. Give them a little time please! 8)
