there is supposed to be someone translating but it might be italian not spanish or there was for OIR so i guess there will be translaters for the new manual.

Regarding the translation of manuals I will talk to Stang who he has got involved.
I know that the VIAF members are willing to translate it into Italyan, so I'll see if I can approach Stang if he already has a Spanish translator.
