No, definately not.
None of the Falcon derivative works can be used in a new project.
Nixah on the opensay, or how ever the heck its spelled but you get the idea :D

Yes, that is my main question. Frankly, if you guys can really do it, that's what is needed. Are we talking about a new DX9 engine, 8?? Damn give us something.
Hey, they got the prototype for DX10 from M$ and thats what their using to built the graphics engine. :D I wish

LOL...clearly you have little experience with the stability of practically any product from Microsoft with a ".0" at the end....I can still remember installing DX6 and having it prevent me from playing Janes F-15

Sounds like a lot of you are hoping for a falcon5, but I think its safe to say Falcon will stay at falcon4 and go no further.
Now that doesn't mean another sim can't come along with the detail and realism of falcon4, but hoping for a F5 is just setting yourself up for disappointment.
This new project might not even have an F16 in it.lol then what will you do? LOL

No, definately not.

So non intellectual property add-ons of Falcon can be used?

Buy Operation Flashpoint 2 at become a fuc.... Spetznatz instead of a non-existant-Viper Driver, i.e. no F-16 no buy. But that is only me.
I can still remember installing DX6 and having it prevent me from playing Janes F-15
What a sweet frickin sim that was for its time, I bided my time on it (and Flanker) waiting forever for Falcon 4.
euh a flightsim made by us without an F-16???
Hehe, noop the F-16 is definatly in

Katz,
What can you tell us about the new sim other than the press releases? Anything? How can a world wide theatre be produced a la' MSFS without years of development time? Is there a little more detail that can be revealed without getting on the wrong side of the lawyers? I do so want this to succeed, even if just to shut up the nay sayers. After being shanked a few times by bigger businesses and then getting blamed for things myself, I know some of the pain G2i feels.
Good luck!

Man I love the mountains! We lived in Oregon when I was a kid and we'd go hiking and camping all the time. Down here in Louisiana the highest point in the state is 500ft above sea level. Definitely not great terrain for hiking. I envy you my friend. :)
Geez, it's 0300 and I am on call today, I will check in with you later.
Tower, FlyBoy01 is off the active and switching to ground...
