I have a small suggestion. The back ground color might be easier on the eyes if they were more grayish because my eyes seem to be straining alittle with the white text and dark blue back gound. It could just be me but this is still a kick ass site, very professional looking.

Hey Chicago,

Yeah, we had a similar problem with the last website but it seemed to have only been a very small majority of people that had a hard time with white text on dark background. But for many of us, it's actually very much easier to read. :) I wish I could have some option to let those who like dark text on light backgrounds better, but it's really nothing I can do yet without a lot of work. There are so many variables to editing the color scheme it's not even funny. It's pretty much a trial and error thing. Change something, see what happens. lol

So bottom line, there's really not much I can do now about that but if I can figure out a way to fix it, I'll make sure I do it. :)

It does look very cool and maybe I should stop reading in the dark and turn on the lights. That might help :D

I like the colors, but I can't see any differences between updated posts and non.

When looking at the forum index, it's very difficult to tell which forum areas have new posts in them. The 'New posts', and the 'No new posts', icons look pretty much identical in colour. :?:

Very hard to see scroll bars.

Yeah there's something weird in the coding. The tags for the scroll bar color don't change the scroll bar color. lol Instead, the colors for the tables do. I need to figure out how to fix that.

The site looks great. The only thing I would suggest is to slightly lighten the lighter color to give a little more contrast to the boarders, scroll bars etc.

Eluzion, I was on of those who comment about the white text on black. Here I am again ! Same comment as Chicago. See, I'am not alone... Just increase the color on the dark bakground would do.

There is also the scroll bar which is almost invisible.

For the rest, excellent site. Excellent color scheme. Can't wait for all these promissed screenshots and videos a la LOMAC!

I just wanted to let you know that I love the new site,it's awesome, very professional and business like in the look and feel.Great work Eluzion!!!

About the the scrollbar colors although I have no problem scrolling the site because I have a mouse with a wheel and dont need to click on the bar to see more info those people that dont will have a very hard problem seeing it,perhaps having a lighter color will do.

I think a little bit more contrast for the scrollbar and this site is perfect.

For those, who wants another color it would be great, if they could choose another color by there profile.

Since the forum is basically phpbb why not just introduce some alternative themes (with color schemes that are more 'eye-friendly') that users can select form their profile.

with a bit of extra work you can get the same profiles to work for the rest of the site also.

Nice site btw.

Originally, I was going to do that but it requires quite a bit of extra work. If it was only for the phpbb forum, that would be no problem but since the site is using the mx-system portal, changing forum stuff affects the entire site. Maybe one of these days when I have time I'll try to set it up for people that prefer a lighter color, but for now I was planning to stick with this dark blue theme. :)
