For sale is a professional made 1/48th scale F-106B tail# 72547. This particular jet is on the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico, gun practice. I crewed these for 3.5 years. This is a close to everything being where it is suppose to be. It has an IR seeker head, gun belly pod, ring on bottom of RAT door. It is set up as going for flight speedbrakes, & bay doors closed. The pilots are in an orange ADCOM flight suit but they are cut off below the knees just to get them in there but you can't tell by looking at the jet. It is dusty but I'm not ceaning it off. No it is not. All F-106 B's are cool but by looking for the attention to detail on intricate painting it's not accurate.
